About Bluegrass Distillers - Lexington
Since 2015, Bluegrass Distillers' Downtown Lexington location has been the heart this craft distillery's production, creating a variety of bourbon mashbills, including wheated and a limited-release blue corn bourbon. The tour is fun and lighthearted, emphasizing the tasting experience and a run-through of their whiskey-making process. In the gift shop, there are plenty of bottles for sale and visitors might even meet Tipsy, the friendly distillery cat. Conveniently located off Bellaire Avenue, the entrance is at the rear of the West Sixth Brewery on the Legacy Trail.
They also have a tasting room at their newest facility in Midway at the historic Elkwood Farm.
