The newly redesigned Visitor's Center boasts a full-tasting bar and a beautiful gift shop filled with bottles from all of Diageo's Scottish distilleries. The standard tour, known as the Flavour Journey, is a sensory experience designed to immerse visitors in the world of Caol Ila and its role in the Johnnie Walker family. You'll start with an interactive sensory story room before moving on to a tutored tasting of three drams and a cocktail served in the bar. As you sip and learn, you'll also enjoy breathtaking views of the Paps of Jura, adding to the overall experience of this exceptional distillery.
