Located in Edinboro, PA, Cart/Horse Distilling is a family-owned, female run operation dedicated to producing high-quality, small-batch spirits. Working on a shoestring budget, John and Jessica have built the distillery by hand using, in their words "up-cycled and repurposed equipment," and locally sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy tastings of their handcrafted spirits, including whiskey and gin, in a friendly and inviting environment.
