Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery
About Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery
Built in 1774, Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery combines historical charm with modern amenities, hosting large formal functions and small intimate gatherings, and offering eight suites for overnight guests. The restored bank barn houses tasting rooms for the winery, distillery, and brewery, providing a versatile event space. Licensed in 2011, the distillery uses grains grown on the 130-acre farm to craft Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Corn Whiskey, and Caramel Corn Whiskey. They also produce fruit brandies from fruit sourced from the farm and they make a world-class Lavender Gin. In addition, 11 craft beers, including IPAs, Ales, Porters, Sours, and seasonal specials, are produced on-site. The winery features ten award-winning varietals and blends. Tours of the distillery are available for those interested in the detailed process behind the historic property and their spirits. Contact them for details.
