Bad Alfred's Distilling, established in 2018 by owners Al and Jennifer Cassinelli, is a vibrant addition to the craft spirits scene. Located in a converted historic garage and filling station, the distillery offers a unique experience where patrons can enjoy small-batch craft spirits alongside a diverse menu featuring wood-fired dining, cocktails, and local beers. The open, inviting dining room and bar overlook a glassed-in distillery space, providing guests with a front-row seat to witness the spirit-making process while enjoying live music or a slice of artisanal pizza. Bad Alfred's distiller and brewer gives private tours by appointment only.
