I would describe this urban distillery as modern and industrial-chic. To me, the production area feels like you are walking into an ERECTOR Set or, even better, a James Bond villain lair. 

Founder Kaveh Zamanian wanted to build a facility that would bring transparency to the process. It is a tourist friendly facility and it will amaze you what they can accomplish in such a small footprint and with some creative imagination.

You start the tour with a taste of their bourbon in their beautifully designed Gift Shop and Visitor’s Center. As you enjoy your bourbon the tour makes its way past a series of windows and visual displays that show the bourbon making process. A ride up the elevator takes you to the vertically designed production facility. The tour finishes at the top of the tall column still. From here, you make your way into a cocktail bar, tasting room, and event space with its magnificent view of downtown Louisville.
