Aptly named for its southern location in Hawick, the Borders Distillery stands out for its commitment to local sourcing and craftsmanship. Working exclusively with farms within a 35-mile radius, the distillery transforms Borders Barley into Kerr’s Gin, Puffing Billy Vodka, and Workshop Series Whisky Blends. The distillery offers a range of spirits, including their Long and Short of It Blended Scotch Whisky, while they wait for their single malt whisky to reach maturity.
