Founded by William Grant in 1887, Glenfiddich Distillery stands as a testament to the family who still runs and operates the distillery - a distillery with a massive output.The distillery offers a variety of tours, including the standard tour, where visitors can witness the impressive rows of copper pot stills and observe the bottling line in action. After visiting the warehouse, the tour concludes with a tasting of four Glenfiddich whiskies, showcasing the distillery's range of flavors and styles. For a more in-depth experience, guests can opt for the Glenfiddich Solera Deconstructed Tour, delving into the impact of the Solera system on their whisky and enjoying a tasting session in the Master's Blending Room with four cask-strength samples. Note that all tours are restricted to guests over 18 and the distillery is closed on Monday and Tuesday during the off-season. There is also a summer shutdown period, so make sure to book reservations to guarantee your experience.
