About Whittaker's Distillery

Whittaker’s Distillery, a family-run gin and whisky distillery brings you to the North Yorkshire countryside. Located on Harewell House Farm the distillery features immersive tours where guests get a chance to smell and taste the locally sourced botanicals used in Whittaker's gin. Guests visit both the contemporary distillery and the former distillery space, which, in the 1950s was used as a pig shed. Today it is used for storage, bottling, and labelling. During your tour, learn about their commitment to local Yorkshire grains and botanicals, and see the Yorkshire-made still in action, all while being guided by one of the founders. The summer of 2024 marks the introduction of their first single malt whisky.
