About Mercia Distillery (*)

Mercia Distillery, founded by Jeremy ‘Jez’ Roney and Paul ‘Oz’ Horrocks, aims to blend American whisky styles with English distilling traditions. While their Mercia Rye Whisky and Mercia Single Malts age for a planned 2027 release, the distillery currently offers a unique Whisky Tasting Experience. This includes an Old Fashioned cocktail and samples of five Scotch whiskies from each of Scotland’s distilling regions, concluding with a taste of Mercia's own spirits.
