About Bimber Distillery

Bimber Distillery was founded with a mission to produce quality single malts using traditional methods and is one of the rare distilleries that still use direct fire to heat their pot stills. With their long fermentation times and floor maltings, this authentic spirit is imparted with a fruit-forward characters. Whisky enthusiasts can enjoy the Bimber Connoisseurs Experience, which includes an opening cocktail, a guided walk around the distillery, and a tasting of Bimber single malt whiskies, plus a £5 voucher for purchases at the distillery. Tours are available Thursday through Saturday.
