About Filliers Distillery

Filliers Distillery was established in 1880 by Karel Lodewijk Filliers in Bachte-Maria-Leerne, East Flanders. It remains one of the few operational family-owned warm distilleries in Belgium, with six generations of distilling expertise. Initially focused on grain genever, Filliers expanded its range to include gins and whiskies, producing Belgium's first double-still whisky under the Goldlys label. The distillery is also known for its barrel-aged genevers, which have earned international recognition.
