About Last Mountain Distillery

Established in 2010, Last Mountain Distillery is Saskatchewan’s first micro-distillery. Founded by Colin and Meredith Schmidt, the distillery is known for producing premium, handcrafted spirits using local ingredients, such as their signature Dill Pickle Vodka and Organic Cherry Whisky. Located in the Qu'Appelle Valley, they use traditional craft methods to bring out rich, full flavors in their products. The distillery offers 45-minute tours that include tastings and a gift, available every Saturday.
